Questions
How do I book a seat?
Choose your pickup and drop-off stops and the day you travel, pick a trip, and pay. Your seat is held as soon as payment goes through, and you then see your driver, their car and the meeting spot at your stop.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from Ride details in the app. Cancel 8 or more hours before departure for a full refund of your fare and service fee. Cancel later and your seat is released without a refund. If your driver cancels, you are always refunded in full.
How does verification work?
Drivers are checked on their NIN, licence, vehicle documents and a selfie, and our team approves them before their first trip. Riders confirm their phone number and email, and accept the terms before booking.
Can someone follow my trip?
You can send your trip details to someone you trust from Ride details. If anything goes wrong, open your trip and tap Report an issue: it reaches our team with the trip attached.
