Drivers are checked on NIN, licence, vehicle documents and a live selfie, and approved by our team before they can post a trip. Approval can be withdrawn at any time. Riders confirm their phone and email before they book.
Named stops
Trips start and end only at named stops on the route. Once you have paid you see the exact meeting spot at your stop.
Pickup check-in
Your driver checks you in at the stop before the car leaves, so you know you are in the right car.
If something goes wrong
Raise it in the app and a person on our team looks at it.
